| All liturgical celebrations (the Eucharist, the
Sacraments, and the Divine Office) require a number of ministers and diligence in planning
in order to enable the community of faith to praise and glorify God. The Liturgy
Committee is invaluable in planning and executing the Divine Liturgy.
The members of the committee are the:
- Pastor
- Head of Music Ministry
- Head Reader
- Leader of Servers
- Eucharistic Ministers Director
- Head Usher
- A representative from the Environment and Art Committee
Member of the assembly.
Together, after prayer and reflection, the liturgy is planned
seasonally and evaluated at the end of each season. It is vital to know this
Christian community and to assist each and every person to lift heart and mind to God in
prayer and to drink deeply of the grace that is given in the divine liturgy to enable us,
Jesus' disciples, to be transformed and to live our lives as evangelists. |
